My name is Dennis Sullivan. I have been a public school band director for the past 41 years in the Denver area. I have taught at all levels: elementary, middle school, high school and college.  I am a Colorado Bandmasters Association hall of fame band director. I am past Chairman of Instrumental affairs for the Colorado Music Educators Association.

My wife, Gaylene Sullivan, has taught woodwinds in the Denver area for the past 25 years. She has taught woodwinds in many of the high schools in Jefferson County. She has her own flute studio and continues to be a very sought-after clinician and teacher.

Our goal is to offer beginning classes in instrumental music to schools that do not have band classes or string classes.

Our other goal is to put good instruments in the hands of future band and orchestra musicians by buying used instruments that are not being used anymore and selling them to future musicians.
